The Cubrabop Quintet mostly perform as the name suggests, blended but also extracted, music-disciplines in a new mix from Brazil and Cuba. Virtuose Jazz improvisations complete the signature of the band. With this band full of rhythm and exotic swing we can listen an amount of self-willing compositions dominated by adventure and creativity.

The musicians are from Germany, The Netherlands and Spain and muitimusic-disciplined having been played or playing in renowed Dutch groups such as Focus, Nueva Manteca, Monsieur Dubois, OTR, Cubop City Bigband, O Septeto, Zuco 103, Hind, Hakim. to name a few.
